Since the ambitious project of building the first domestic fully intelligent settlement was presented to the public, interest in it has not waned. "The residential neighborhood was designed to function without keys. So, we enter the apartments using a fingerprint, with the note that these doors are anti-burglar, fire-resistant and electromechanical with automatic locking," explained Hrvoje Novaković from the smart home maintenance service. In this apartment, you can do everything with a mobile phone. So, you can turn on the heating half an hour before you arrive, so that you are greeted by a warm apartment, or turn on the lights in your day room in Opatija while you are sitting in a restaurant, creating the impression that you are at home for security reasons.

"The intelligent house system is connected to all parts of the apartment, including lighting, curtains, heating, cooling and humidification, so that you can regulate the microclimate and air recycling," explained Hrvoje in detail. Special attention has been paid to the bathrooms. Thus, the WC School indeed neutralizes unpleasant odors and releases fresh air.

After these data, it's not surprising that a remote controller comes with this WC.

The real estate market has been lively over the past few years. According to the estimate of an experienced agent, the share that luxury real estate property makes up in the total traffic is between 2 and 3 percent.

"There are more buyers and more traffic, and it's clear that there's a lack of good and quality properties. Everything that is well-made and well-produced is sold immediately because our prices are lower compared to some Western European prices. If we compare it with Munich, it's still cheap, except for Dubrovnik, for an average German buyer," explained Boro.

Therefore, he concludes, such objects are welcome in the future.
