In the settlement of Marinje Zemlje, which is 15 minutes away by car from the town of Vis itself, there is an agricultural plot of 4,105 m².

It has a regular rectangular shape, about 210 m long and about 19 m wide.
It is on a gentle stepped slope that enables optimal use of sunlight for crops. From the highest point of the plot there is a stunning view of the sea and the islands of Budihovac, Korčula and Lastovo.

Part of it is located in the area of ​​the municipality of Vis, where it is possible to build buildings in the function of agricultural activities.

The infrastructure, ie electricity and water, is about 200 m away, where the main road and several houses are.
The access road is macadam, which is cadastrally marked.
Peace and privacy without noise are guaranteed.

Dalmatian vegetation grows on the plot, which can be cleared in order to use all the potential of the land, which can be used for the purpose of planting vines, olives and other crops.

The sea is about 1.3 km away, i.e. the famous Stiniva beach, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

On the southern side of the island of Vis, there is a small settlement called Marinje Zemlje. Marinje Zemlje is a wooded area, because it is located in a valley, so it is naturally protected from strong winds, especially gales, which favored the cultivation of various agricultural crops, so many olive groves, orchards, vineyards, and many almond trees grew here.

The village has opened its doors to tourism in the last few years, so you can enjoy your holidays inland and swim on the beaches in the nearby bays. The bay can be reached from Marinja Zemlja by macadam road by car, scooter or on foot (about half an hour of easy walking); Vela and Mala Travna, Ruda and Stiniva.
