This agricultural land is located in the Plužine area in the village of Naklice near Tugare, just a 30-minute drive from Split.

The plot has a total area of 332 m², is of regular shape, 57m long and 6m wide. It is situated near the main road. You can drive quite close to the land, and the remaining small part to the land itself is accessed on foot via a wide, well-trodden gravel path that has potential for expansion.

Naklice is a quiet settlement between Tugare and Omiš and exudes the traditional charm of Dalmatia. It is situated amidst green hills. To the west, the view extends over Perun, while to the east, there is a view towards the Omiš Dinara and Biokovo.

The area is known for its fertile soil suitable for the cultivation of agricultural crops and is abundant with cultivated areas where various vegetables, as well as olive, cherry, fig, and almond orchards, grow.

The place is connected to Split by a regular city bus line from Tugare.

It is only a 30-minute drive to Split, and just 7km or 10 minutes by car to the center of Omiš.
