This combined land, part construction and part agricultural, with a total area of 1,528 m², is located in the Ogradice area in the village of Naklice near Tugare, just 20 km away from Split.

It consists of 4 connected parcels, of regular rectangular shape, with a total length of 72m and a total width of 24m. It is situated close to the main road, ensuring easy access by car almost to the land itself, while the remaining very small part to the land is nearly a 2m wide compacted field road that has the potential for expansion.

The land is terraced and has a very gentle slope, allowing for optimal utilization of sunlight for the cultivation of agricultural crops. Due to the gentle slope, it also offers a beautiful and unobstructed view of the surrounding nature.

According to the spatial planning of the City of Omiš, the land is located within the undeveloped part of the construction area of the settlement, in the unregulated part of the construction area for which the preparation of an urban planning document is mandatory.

According to the cartographic representation – Conditions for use, arrangement, and protection of space; areas of special restrictions in use, the land is located in an area marked as particularly valuable landscape - cultivated landscape.

On the land, there are olive trees overgrown with various wild trees and shrubs, and with rearrangement and cleaning, the land can be suitable for agricultural purposes and the cultivation of various agricultural crops, as well as for an orchard or olive grove.

It is important to note that all neighboring lands are cultivated and have plantations of cherries, figs, and olives, as well as various vegetables.

Naklice is a quiet settlement between Tugare and Omiš, exuding the traditional charm of Dalmatia. It is situated amidst green hills, forests, and fertile fields, creating an ideal environment for nature lovers. To the west, the view extends over Perun, while to the east, it opens up towards the Omiš Dinara and Biokovo.

The area is known for its fertile soil and the cultivation of agricultural crops, and it is abundant with cultivated areas and plantations of various vegetables, as well as olives, cherries, figs, and almonds.
