The garden is designed by a horticulture expert, with over 100 plants, including tropical species such as palms and bananas, and Mediterranean species such as lemons, cypress, oleander, lavender, and hibiscus.
The entire plot is enclosed by a stone fence with galvanized mesh, and luxurious materials such as dolomite stone for the interior stairs and plan stone for the exterior are used within the house, while the villa's yard is paved with stone over 250 m².
