Agricultural land with a sea view, 15 ha, Orebić, Pelješac

Large land area of 158,155 m² (or 15 ha) is located on the western side of the Pelješac peninsula, near Orebić.

It is approximately 1.7 km long and about 110 m wide, offering a panoramic view of the Pelješac Channel.

With its impressive size, it leaves enough space for the establishment of a family agricultural estate and the provision of hospitality and tourism services. For rural tourism purposes, it is possible to plan the construction of a building (gross) area of 400 m², with a height of 5 m and a fully underground basement of up to 1,000 m² of building (gross) area on a surface of 3 ha.

In addition to the possibility of construction, there is enough space on the land for the cultivation of Mediterranean crops, including vineyards for which Pelješac is known.

Access road is provided, and infrastructure is nearby.

Orebić is a settlement and municipality in Croatia, on the Pelješac peninsula in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The indented coastline, long sandy beaches, and warm climate create ideal conditions for tourism development and the creation of a tourist micro-region that, with its natural specificities and cultural-historical heritage, represents the foundation for sustainable development of the area through tourism, as a basis for driving other activities of the municipality of Orebić.

Steep slopes inclined towards the sea have been transformed by human hands into terraced vineyards unique in the Republic of Croatia (Postup, Dingač), while the fertile karst valley in the interior of the municipality is an ideal resource for grape and wine production, which are the main agricultural resources of the municipality of Orebić.
